Terms of Service

The legal agreement governing your access, computational creations, commercial sales, and use of XtraPath.

Effective Date: September 14, 2026 Version: 2.4

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing, browsing, or using any creation studio or commerce feature on XtraPath, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Intellectual Property & Creator Rights

You retain 100% full ownership of your original intellectual property created on XtraPath, including your LaTeX books, articles, code scripts, 3D models, and animations.

By publishing content publicly to the Explore feed or Community feeds, you grant XtraPath a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, render, cache, and display your creation to other platform users.

Remix & Attribution: When other creators remix public content, XtraPath automatically preserves your original attribution link and author handle in the lineage graph.

4. Commercial Marketplace & Store Sales

Creators can monetize publications, courses, asset packs, and protected source code via the XtraStore:

  • Creator Pricing: Creators set their own item prices (e.g. $4.99, $19.99, $29.99).
  • Protected Source Code: When a post is marked as "Protected Code," viewers can interact with the live simulation for free, but must pay the creator's price to view or copy the underlying mathematical source algorithm.
  • Payment Settlement: Revenue is collected via Stripe, PayPal, or Razorpay and settled directly to creators after applicable payment gateway and platform processing fees.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities on XtraPath:

  • Uploading malicious code, automated bots, or attempting to exploit sandbox rendering iframes.
  • Publishing plagiarized or copyrighted materials without proper authorization.
  • Harassing, abusing, or spamming other community members or creators.
  • Attempting to bypass access tier paywalls or security mechanisms.

6. DMCA & Copyright Policy

XtraPath complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on our platform, please send a formal takedown notice with evidence to codeepie@gmail.com. We respond promptly to verified notices.

7. Limitation of Liability

XtraPath provides its tools and computational rendering engines on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, XtraPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, simulation inaccuracies, or data loss.
